We are dedicated to improving education to increase job prospects and earnings, expanding access to jobs with the support needed for employment stability, helping residents transition from public assistance to self-reliance, and strengthening financial resilience. Central to these efforts is expanding and integrating financial empowerment services to build credit, increase incomes, reduce debt, and foster savings, charting a course toward lasting prosperity for all community members.

Britepaths leads the Financial Empowerment Center at South County (FECSoCo), uniting top organizations to help people build wealth, manage debt, and improve credit. Known for its success in financial education, Britepaths seeks like-minded partners to empower residents along Route 1.

The launch of FECSoCo reflects United Way’s and Fairfax County’s strong history of community engagement. Despite the county’s wealth, many residents struggle economically. Britepaths listens to their needs, helping them gain control over their money and sustain independence.
